HK Coffee Subscriptions
From: $75 – $271 / week
Roast Levels
Try different coffees from around the world! Our subscriptions feature every coffee in our collection of single origin specialty coffees, and sometimes rare coffees not featured on our website. Just select how much coffee you want to receive, and how often you would like to receive it. There’s no commitment needed, change, pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
We tend to send out low acidity coffees that work with pour-over, french press, aeropress, or drip coffees.
We change beans once every 4 weeks. To ensure you receive a new bean every month, we rotate our selection once every 4 weeks. This means you will receive the same coffee twice if you opt to renew your subscription every 2 weeks.

Choose Your Style
Light, dark or pick the “omakase style” Roaster’s Choice and let our master roaster decide for you.
Roast
Every week we’ll fire up the machine, roast, pack and ship your beans via S.F. Express or HK Post. The place of origin of our coffee changes every four weeks.
Delivered
Welcome every Friday with a mailbox filled with the aroma of gourmet coffee.
Light Roast
If you like your coffee lighter and more delicate, this is your subscription. Your coffee will have more nuanced/tea-like flavours, fruit and citrus notes.
(For those who know coffee lingo, this is your light to city roast)
Roaster's Choice
Our most popular option. Our master roaster will adjust the roast level to preserve the best notes of the coffee while trying to reduce the acidity.
We keep the roast from Medium to Dark range.
Dark Roast
The Dark (full city to full city+) is for those who like their coffee more nutty, dark chocolate and toasted. If you have an espresso machine, pick this option.
Plan Details
We only bill you for the coffee you receive. If you find you have too much or too little coffee you can adjust the quantity at any time by logging in to your account.
- The coffee of origin that we ship out changes every four weeks, we will send out a newsletter on the roast just before shipping.
- Cut-off time for the weekly roast is 9am on Mondays.
- It may take up to 10 days for you to receive your shipment if you order just after the cut-off.
Resting Your Coffee
Right after roasting, coffee needs some time to chill for a minimum of three days. Our roasting cycle ensures that when you receive the beans, it’ll already have rested the minimum needed. However, the flavours will continue to improve over a time. How long? Well that depends on the roasting level you ordered.
Generally your coffee will be at it’s peak after:
Light: 7-9 days after roast date
Roaster’s Choice: 5-7 days after roast date
Dark: 3-5 days after roast date
But every bean and person is different so please experiment and find what works for you!
No Pre-Ground Beans?
Unfortunately no. We would love to make your experience as convenient as possible, and while grinding your own beans is firmly in the mildly to very annoying category, we simply can’t do this for you.
The reason being, the second you grind your beans, you expose every nook and cranny to delicious coffee’s nemesis: oxygen. Too much oxygen and your coffee can go stale before you receive it in the post.
As delicious tasting coffee is our most important product we can’t take the risk of sending you a convenient but bland ground beans. Our best advice would be for you to buy a grinder.
Not Convinced?
That’s cool! Try some other subscription services and roasters around our city. If you find someone better let us know! We’d love to talk shop with them.
