Coffee from Cauca is grown in a region known as a World Heritage Site, filled with national parks, wildlife and precious water resources. 

This coffee was grown at the edge of the equator, high up in volcanic soils protected on all sides from inclement weather by the surrounding mountains. 

Expect a very smooth cup with medium body. Lighter roasts will experience a floral and sweet coffee with a citrus finish; while medium and darker roasts will enjoy a nutty creaminess with a lingering chocolate finish.

All of our coffees come whole bean. We know it’s inconvenient but once ground, coffee sheds its flavour fast. If you care enough about coffee to get freshly roasted beans, then you owe yourself a good burr grinder.
