Process: Natural
Roaster’s Notes: Honeyed with sweet cherry fruit and vanilla. When brewed sweet mango fruit with floral and citrus, sweet marmalade and tropical fruits with notes of orange blossom and citrus.
Apr Panama Hacienda La Esperenza Estate, Casa Ruiz S.A. Dark
Origin: Boquete, Panama
Altitude: 1400-1600m a.s.l.
Varietal: Typica, Caturra, Catuai
Process: Washed
Roaster’s Notes: Clean and smooth with a syrupy medium body balanced by bright fruity acidity. Very complex that hints of white wine, caramel, milk chocolate and pears.
May Malawi Mzuzu AA Zero Defect Dark
Origin: Mzuzu, Malawi
Altitude:900-1500m a.s.l.
Varietal: SL28, Caturra, Catimor
Process: Washed
Roaster’s Notes: Highly complex with a thick body and creamy mouthfeel. Tastes like milk chocolate/cocoa. Almost no acidity, high sweetness and very smooth It finish.Best Served with Milk

Process: Natural
Roaster’s Notes: Floral aroma, smooth and light to medium body. Tastes of sweet cane sugar balanced with good citric and malic alike acidity.
Jul Costa Rica Tarrazu Medium/Dark

Origin: Tarrazu, Costa Rica
Altitude: 1200-1700m a.s.l.
Varietal: Typica, Catuai, Caturra
Process: Fully Washed
Roaster’s Notes:It is smooth with a sweet, fruity aroma, subtle chocolate nuances paired beautifully with a delicate hint of citrus. The cup finishes with a bright, lemon-like citrus nuance and, to a certain extent, tropical fruit like flavor.
Aug Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 Dark
Origin: Sumatra, Indonesia
Altitude: 800-1200m a.s.l.
Varietal: Typica, Catimor, Caturra
Process: Washed
Roaster’s Notes: Traditional Indonesian coffee with a thick and creamy body. Very strong, the aftertaste lingers forever with a unique, cedar wood flavour.
Sep Guatemala Antigua Dark
Origin: Antigua, Guatemala
Altitude: 1500-1900m a.s.l.
Varietal: Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra
Process: Washed
Roaster’s Notes:  Floral aroma. A smooth, strong, full bodied coffee with dark chocolate and nuts. The aftertaste is long. Best served with milk, cappuccino anyone?

Varietal: Bourbon Varietal
Process: Pulp Natural
Roaster’s Notes: A relaxing mild coffee with good wheat like aroma. The taste comes across as cane sugar, with a smooth, silky body.
Nov Colombia Huila Dark
Origin: Huila, Colombia
Altitude: 1600-1800m a.s.l.
Varietal: Caturra, Typica, Castillo
Process: Washed
Roaster’s Notes: Very rich, nutty aromatic flavour with excellent balance. Medium bodied, filled with light brown sugar and wildflower honey sweetness that tapers off into a pleasantly light lemon / apple / grapefruit citrus aftertaste.
Dec Kenya Sasini Light to Medium
Origin: Sasini Estate, Kenya
Altitude: 1650 to 1920 m a.s.l.
Varietal: SL28
Process: Washed
Roaster’s Notes: Almost red-wine like. Dark blackcurrant and a complex floral aroma. Highly sweet with a bright citric fruity aftertaste. Smooth, clean and long lasting with medium body.
